Very true. Dairy products are unnecessary for adults. The dairy lobby has convinced us that it’s a necessary part of the “food pyramind” which is a lie.
*Fact- there is just as much calcium in a cup of Quinoa (type of grain) as an entire quart of milk! In addition to that quinoa is a complete protein that the body needs to repair muscles, but without the fat found in milk.
Do yourslef a favor and try cutting out as much dairy as possible. See what happens.
